ぶどう園では、摘粒や袋掛けなど、一年の中でも特に忙しい時期を無事に終え、ようやく少しだけ落ち着いてきました。
今年も一本一本の木の様子を見ながら、「どうすればもっと美味しくなるかな」と考え、手をかけながら育てています。
そして、とても嬉しいことに、今年のぶどうもすでにご予約をいただき始めています。
毎年楽しみに待ってくださる皆さま、本当にありがとうございます。
皆さまの期待に応えられるよう、収穫の日まで大切に育てていきます。
また、昨年から販売を始めたレーズンも予想以上にご好評をいただき、「もう在庫はありませんか？」とお問い合わせをいただくことも増えました。
手作りのため一度にたくさんは作れませんが、こうして楽しみにしてくださる方が増えて、とても励みになっています。
収穫までは、あと約2か月ちょっと。
これからは、ぶどうが甘さを蓄え、美味しく仕上がる大切な時期です。
天候など気が抜けませんが、最後まで丁寧に管理を続けていきます。
今年も皆さまに「美味しい！」と言っていただけるぶどうをお届けできるよう管理していきます。

At Nekomura Vineyard, we have safely completed one of the busiest periods of the year, including fruit thinning and bagging the grape clusters. Things are finally beginning to settle down a little.
This year, too, we are carefully observing each vine and asking ourselves, “How can we make these grapes even more delicious?” Every decision we make is with quality in mind.
We are also delighted to share that we have already begun receiving reservations for this year’s grapes.
To everyone who looks forward to our harvest every year, thank you so much for your continued support.
We will continue to care for our vines with great attention until harvest so that we can meet your expectations.
We are also very grateful for the wonderful response to our handmade raisins, which we first introduced last year. We have even received inquiries asking if we still have any in stock.
Because they are handmade, we cannot produce them in large quantities, but knowing that so many people enjoy them is truly encouraging.
Harvest is now just a little over two months away.
From this point on, the grapes enter one of the most important stages of the season, as they develop their sweetness and full flavor.
The weather will continue to keep us on our toes, but we will carefully manage the vineyard every step of the way.
Our goal is to deliver grapes that make you smile and say, “These are delicious!”
